Hello, I'm Andy Lucht, and I'm honored to be the Founder of Flower City Innovations!

Reflecting on my journey in the world of IT, I'm humbled by the experiences I've accumulated over the past three decades. In my career, I've worn many hats, from Networking to Project Management, Biometric Sensors to Embedded Controllers, Security to Audit, and beyond. Each role has offered its own set of challenges and learning opportunities, shaping me into the multi-stack technologist I am today.

For 23 years, I had the privilege of immersing myself into the world of Fintech, where I found myself navigating the complexities of banking institution level management, SOX audits, the various practices of protecting PII data, and maintaining the "five 9's" in service availability. Through various roles in a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, I became intimately acquainted with the intricacies of this industry, learning and growing with each passing day.

Throughout my journey, my focus has always been on delivering the best solutions possible while staying mindful of budgetary and timeline constraints. Whether it's management of infrastructure, data center operations, security issue mitigation, or mentorship, I've approached each task with humility and a commitment to excellence.

I'm grateful for the wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience I've gained along the way, and I'm eager to continue contributing to the ever-evolving landscape of technology.
